We aim to collaborate with our clients to simplify the complex and offer leading edge, sustainable solutions. We were proud to be awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best New Consultancy category at the MCA Awards 2019.

As an employer, we recognize that our USP is our employees; they are our culture and the heartbeat. We work hard to create an environment in which employees are engaged, empowered, and inspired. We do this through bespoke training plans, regular one to one coaching, thoughtful rewards and recognition, offering interesting work, team events and giving employees the confidence to share their opinions.

We hire exceptionally talented individuals who aren’t afraid of challenging work, and who exhibit our fundamental values of respect, empathy, and support. Giving back is also important to us. We achieve this through pro bono consulting work, and we support our employee’s individual sponsorship efforts as well as take part in Company charity activities.

Encouraging our employees to grow and thrive professionally and personally is very important to us. If we sound like a company you’d like to work for, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits

Testimonials

Working as a Consultant for TPC has been life changing. It is a pleasure working with all team members. Each individual brings different skills and assets into the business, which has formed part of an extremely strong tight knit team. The work is diverse, exciting and thought provoking, which has driven me further to succeed within the company. You’re always learning something new on a daily basis and being encouraged to develop. – Ruth Morton, Retail Solutions Manager

Having worked at large blue-chip companies, I have always worked on large scale problems with genuinely fascinating work. However, I always found the business culture lacking. Since joining TPC, I have continued to have interesting work with influential clients and hugely talented colleagues – but also a business culture that recognises your hard work and commitment. - Tom Owen, Business Consultant

Working at TPC I feel truly valued as an individual within the team. We all receive regular coaching and honest feedback to enable us to grow in our roles and provide the best solutions for our clients. Challenging projects and supportive teams have taught me resilience and resourcefulness as well as given me the confidence that I can hold my own and the freedom to raise my opinion. - Lara Battinson, Business Consultant

TPC invests in its people, not just the job roles. As a recent grad, I started off my career at TPC as a Business Consultant. I learnt a lot about the industry and gained so many transferable skills from this role but was looking for something more creative. TPC recognized this and offered me the opportunity to change departments. Their flexibility and understanding of my strengths meant I do a role in which I can truly thrive in! – Anna Fostiak, Marketing Executive
